Return

Customer is able to request a return within 14 days from delivery date (If your order is partially delivered, 14-day term will begin when you receive the last item in your order). Please note that our policy ONLY applies to unworn and unused items with all original tags attached. We do NOT issue credit or refund on worn or no-tag items. We do not provide prepaid labels. Arizue is not responsible for shipping costs on returns and/or exchanges.

Incorrect Mailing Address

Returned or unsuccessfully delivered packages due to an inaccurate mailing address are subject to a reshipment fee.

Refunds are not provided for packages with an incorrect mailing address.

 

Excessive Returns

Arizue reserves the right to refuse returns, cancel orders, or terminate accounts suspected of excessive returns, return fraud, or wardrobing.
 

Third Party Orders

We are not responsible and do not warrant the product descriptions or other content suggested by third parties. We have no legal responsibility on products sold by third parties without our permission and our explicit consent. We reserve the right to refuse free refund or return itself on order placed by third parties.
 

Original Shipping Cost

Shipping from any original orders is not refundable. The original shipping cost will be deducted from the total amount refunded. The deducted amount will be calculated based on our shipping policy for either complimentary or charged shipping.
